Music is the universal language that people of all backgrounds can understand and expresses what words fail to say. However, even the strongest of sounds have been silenced abruptly. Just last year, murder and non negligent manslaughter offenses increased by 18.3 percent in cities with populations under 10,000. By providing music education to under privileged  inner city children we can nourish their talents, enrich their listen experience and give them the voice they so desperately search for on the streets.

Inner city music script

(Music is the universal language that people of all backgrounds can understand. It expresses what words fail to say. Just last year, murder and non negligent manslaughter offenses increased by 18.3 percent in cities with populations under 10,00. By providing music education to under privilege inner city children, we can keep their hands clean from crime, and place them on the ivories of a piano. By nourishing their talents and enriching their listening experiences, we can give them the voice they so desperately search for on the streets.

Baby Genetic engineerring

Let's face it. Parenthood never came with an instruction manual, but the unexpected surprises is half the fun. All the twist and turns that make that bundle of joy unique. They weren't kidding when they said 'No one's perfect', but part of the human experience is being able to observe, learn, and accept. It's a true love story, falling in love with the life you've created, accepting their flaws, and realizing their potential. Every child is truly one of a kind, and that's what makes life beautiful.

Much like a child, science has developed and matured as well. We have seen incredible break throughs over the course of history. Science has been able to show us many things, and soon provided us with opportunities to correct mistakes and genetic deformities such as down syndrome, placed upon our unborn children, given them  a fighting chance for this world.

However, there's no denying what a vain world we live in. A perfect society has a perfect image, and genetic engineering provide parents to mold and shape their babies into what they consider to be 'the perfect citizen'.  By altering the makeup of an organism to remove heritable material and replace with DNA consisting of desirable traits, you can decide whether or not your child has ideal blue eyes and blond hair, regardless of your race. You can also decide their favorite activities, such as playing sports, or painting. Designer babies for a perfect world. No parent will have to worry about whether or not their child as the physical appearance of what is socially excepted or has the same passions and likes as they do.

Is it safe to say that our children will now become just another product of superficial status? Who has the best of the best? Without regulation, genetic engineering of our children will eventually fall into an old idea of the 'perfect race' of human beings, because much like designer clothes, things will eventually become similar.
